Our Casein Powders are produced from milk sourced exclusively from our own member farmers, guaranteeing quality and traceability of supply. They are produced from pasture grazed cows fed on a natural, grass-based diet, which ensures sustainability and provides the highest standards of animal welfare.
Our casein powder is internationally-recognised for its functional properties in applications, including processed cheese, analogue and imitation cheese.
Rennet casein is available in 30, 60, 60/90 or 90 Mesh formats and available in 25kg bags and 1000kg bulk bags.
