The Society is farmer owned by 6,600 shareholder members. It is governed by its Rulebook and controlled by the Board of Directors.
The Chief Executive and the Group Company Secretary of the Society report to the Board.
The Board of the Society consists of 10 elected Member Directors and 2 co-opted Independent Non-Executive Directors.
The powers of the Board are prescribed in the Rules of the Society.
